organizers are responsible for arranging facilities with adequate seating, restrooms and refreshment areas. Depending
on the number of attendees, this could be in a private home, a church, a school, or a hotel. There will need to be

Ideally, the workshop participants would all
eat lunch together, and this meal should be arranged each day by conference organizers.
Workshop organizers are also responsible for food, lodging and travel costs
for therapists. Our therapists are amenable to economic options and will stay in private homes if that is more convenient
for organizers. So travel costs could range from $0-$400 per therapist, food costs could range from $0-$200 per therapist
